As a child artiste in Manirathnam's "Anjali", Baby Shamili captured hearts of the audience with her sterling performance. Recently she acted as heroine with Siddharth in "Oye". But she didn't get much recognition as a heroine. Filmnagar sources vehemently say that she is going to act with jr. NTR in director Gunasekhar's forthcoming flick "Gona Ganna Reddy". Initially it was Balakrishna who was to play the lead role in this movie, now it is said that he is replaced by jr.NTR. The movie is being made with the story having a historical background.
